Andrew E. Pastor has been practicing solely in the area of marital and family law for more than 26 years. He is a divorce lawyer in Palm Beach Gardens, who represents both women and men in a variety of marital and family law matters. He has extensive trial experience in complex cases involving divorce, custody, visitation, division of real and personal property, relocation, alimony and modifications of prior Final Judgments.
Mr. Pastor has been selected by fellow family law attorneys to act as a mediator to resolve cases and also as a Guardian Ad Litem, who serves as a friend of the court to advocate for the best interest of children.
He represents individuals in Palm Beach and Martin County and has developed a reputation as a dedicated, aggressive and compassionate advocate for his clients. He is dynamic at the negotiating table and in the courtroom.
Mr. Pastor was raised in the Philadelphia area and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, with a double major in business and political science. He moved to Florida in 1993 to attend St. Thomas University School of Law. He has held leadership roles in local legal associations and is an active member in community affairs. He resides in Palm Beach County with his wife and two children.
